Smiley360 is a community of people who love brands. Members participate in "missions" in which they receive products for free in exchange for sharing their opinions both online and offline. The goal is to get people talking about the product and to give feedback to the product manufacturer.

There is no catch. It's free to become a Smiley360 member. All we ask of you is that you share. The better you share, the better chance you have of getting future missions.

1. Members receive an offer via email to take a survey. This survey helps us identify the most suitable members for a particular mission.
2. If you qualify for a mission, you will receive a confirmation email and a link to your mission page, which is where you start your sharing.
3. You receive your Smiley kit in the mail, containing the free product sample, a Smiley360 sharing guide and sometimes coupons, extra information and additional products to help you complete your mission.
4. You try the product and start forming opinions.
5. You use the Smiley360 sharing tools to tell us, the brand and your friends how you feel about the product.

This is the most important feature of the Smiley360 website, because it's how we know that you’ve shared on a mission. Use these tools to post to Facebook and Twitter, to write a review on Smiley360 Connect, to share a ClickThru link around the web, and to tell us how you shared offline with the Face2Face tool. We collect the thoughts that you share with us and send your feedback to the brand. With the help of these tools, we award you with Smiles.

Every member of Smiley360 has a level. Here's a breakdown of each level:

Level 1 - You've just signed up. Welcome!

Level 2 - You've completed your first Smiley360 mission. Every new member has a Welcome mission waiting for them when they join.

Level 3 - You've completed 5 missions and earned 300 Smiles. A mission is complete when you've earned all the available Smiles for the mission.

Level 4 -You've completed 20 missions and earned 1000 Smiles.

Level 5 - You've been hand-picked by us to be an elite member.

Smiley360 members give their honest and genuine opinions about the products they receive. What you say is completely up to you and we will never tell you what to say. We harness the power of social media to help people share their thoughts online. However, as a Smiley360 member, you agree to always disclose that you have been compensated with a FREE product sample when sharing through Smiley360. When you sign up for Smiley360, we ask you to fill out a profile. This profile helps us get to know you and offer missions that are best suited to you. Every Smiley360 mission is tailored to a specific group of people. A completed profile means we can match you with the missions that are right for you. While our members receive free products, we're not a freebie site. Instead of simply handing out free products, our goal is give everyday consumers the chance to learn about new products and services. More importantly, we let them have their voices heard by sharing those opinions with others, including our clients.
