While we are making efforts to make sharing to Twitter more seamless, here are the current most common issues when sharing to Twitter:
On your mission page you will see an option to share a link. This link can be placed on your website, blog posts or anywhere else on the web. When people click on your link, they will be taken to a page that tells them all about the product you received. You will earn 1 Smile for every person who clicks on your link (up to 10 Smiles total).
Bonus Smiles are awarded for completing a post-survey once the mission period has ended.
We give missions to our best sharers. If you have a good history of completing missions, earning all Smiles for a mission, and share good quality feedback, you'll have a much better standing with us than someone who takes a product for free and doesn't share it.
We like members who are well-connected to the world and that are active on Facebook, Twitter and other social networks. They love to tell people their opinions and they have friends who trust their opinions on products.
Please email our Member Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your old name and your new name. We'll change the name on your account.
If your address is incorrect, please update your address by logging into smiley360.com and editing your profile here. You need to always make sure that your address is up-to-date when you accept a mission.
Shipping of Smiley Kits usually takes 2-3 weeks. When you get an email to confirm that you're on a mission, read it to see when your product will be shipped. Depending on where you live in the United States, your kit could take longer to arrive.

We will only email you about a new mission if you fit the specific criteria for that mission. If you feel like you're not receiving our emails, please check your spam folder and make sure to add email@example.com to your email address book.
We would be very sorry to hear that you would like to delete your account with Smiley360. If you really want to be removed from our community, please let us know what brought you to this decision. One of the ways we can improve our site is to know what our members are not happy with. If you still want to remove your data from our records, select "My Account" in the top right of your screen, scroll down to the "Change Password" section and click the link to end your membership.
