How do I receive Smiles for sharing on Twitter?

While we are making efforts to make sharing to Twitter more seamless, here are the current most common issues when sharing to Twitter:

  • Sometimes it simply takes time for Twitter Smiles to appear. Wait 60 minutes and see if they appear.
  • If your tweets are protected, you won't receive Smiles. You'll have to change your privacy settings on Twitter.
  • If you post the same thing over and over again, you won't receive Smiles. This is Twitter's way of preventing spam. Simply change the text to get around this issue.
  • If your accounts are not linked, you don't get Smiles. When you share to Twitter from your Smiley360 account for the first time, make sure you are already logged in to your Twitter account and it will connect.
  • If you're not using the Smiley360 sharing tools to share, we are not able to award Smiles.

How do I receive Smiles for sharing with ClickThru?

On your mission page you will see an option to share a link. This link can be placed on your website, blog posts or anywhere else on the web. When people click on your link, they will be taken to a page that tells them all about the product you received. You will earn 1 Smile for every person who clicks on your link (up to 10 Smiles total).

How do I get bonus Smiles?

Bonus Smiles are awarded for completing a post-survey once the mission period has ended.

How do I get more missions?

We give missions to our best sharers. If you have a good history of completing missions, earning all Smiles for a mission, and share good quality feedback, you'll have a much better standing with us than someone who takes a product for free and doesn't share it.

We like members who are well-connected to the world and that are active on Facebook, Twitter and other social networks. They love to tell people their opinions and they have friends who trust their opinions on products.

I recently got married / divorced. How do I change my last name?

Please email our Member Support team at member.support@smiley360.com with your old name and your new name. We'll change the name on your account.

I recently moved and the mission tells me the package is going to my old place. What do I do now?

If your address is incorrect, please update your address by logging into smiley360.com and editing your profile here. You need to always make sure that your address is up-to-date when you accept a mission.

I still haven't received my Smiley Kit!

Shipping of Smiley Kits usually takes 2-3 weeks. When you get an email to confirm that you're on a mission, read it to see when your product will be shipped. Depending on where you live in the United States, your kit could take longer to arrive.

What if I don't know what to say about a product?

When you’re sharing your feedback, ask yourself these questions:

  • How did you use the product?
  • What benefit did the product bring to you?
  • How did the product make you feel?
  • Did you share the product with other people? What did they think of it?
  • Do you have a cool story to tell about how you used this product?
  • If you haven't yet used this product, in what situation will you get to use it in the future?
  • Do you like the packaging of the product?
  • Have you seen any advertising commercial for this product? What did you think of it?
  • How would you suggest improving this product?
  • Can you share any pictures of yourself using the product?
  • Do you disagree with other people's opinions on this product? Why?
The best comments don't always have to be praise. It’s important that you be genuine and honest in the opinions you share. What you say is completely up to you and we will never tell you what to say.

Why don't I hear about new missions?

We will only email you about a new mission if you fit the specific criteria for that mission. If you feel like you're not receiving our emails, please check your spam folder and make sure to add lisa@smiley360.com to your email address book.

How do I cancel my account?

We would be very sorry to hear that you would like to delete your account with Smiley360. If you really want to be removed from our community, please let us know what brought you to this decision. One of the ways we can improve our site is to know what our members are not happy with. If you still want to remove your data from our records, select "My Account" in the top right of your screen, scroll down to the "Change Password" section and click the link to end your membership.
